I’M KATHERINE LEE
A CREATIVE BORN IN SEOUL
BASED IN BALTIMORE
Created as part of a graduate program, this motion graphics project brings randomly selected lines from poets to life. Using playful and dynamic text animation, I explored rhythm, movement, and timing to make the words feel lively, energetic, and visually engaging.
Developed in a graduate program, this project explores A–Z custom type design created in Adobe Illustrator. The alphabet was built into a cohesive typographic system and extended into poster compositions, forming a bold visual identity.
Designed and produced the hero banner for the 32 Degrees brand page on Costco’s website, handling visual composition, photo retouching, and layout execution from raw photography to final deliverable. Ensured alignment with 32 Degrees’ brand identity and Costco’s digital guidelines to create a clean, product-focused visual for global e-commerce use.
Led visual production across digital, print, and environmental platforms at Creodent, a large dental laboratory company based in New York, including website management and updates. Designed social campaigns, print collateral, promotional materials, and internal and subsidiary brand assets such as business cards and stationery, ensuring consistent brand execution while maintaining visual consistency across sub-brands and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors on production and installation.
Developed a retail packaging system for 32 Degrees supporting global distribution through Costco, including apparel packaging and PDQ display units for in-store presentation. Managed visual direction, packaging design, and production execution from concept development to print-ready files, coordinating with manufacturing vendors to ensure accurate sampling and implementation.
Maintained brand identity and designed corporate presentations, company brochures, and digital product guideline materials at Lineable, ensuring consistent and clear visual communication across platforms.
Designed packaging, menus, flyers, signage, and in-store graphics for Angelina Bakery in New York, maintaining consistent brand identity across all materials, including COVID-19 safety and operational signage. Also supported product photography for digital and social channels with editing and retouching.
Designed Instagram story visuals for property marketing under a real estate brand concept. Structured property information into clear, mobile-friendly layouts optimized for visual hierarchy and quick consumption.
A self-initiated motion graphics project inspired by my interest in museums. This series reinterprets museum logos through diverse motion approaches, combining dynamic compositions with varied color systems. Each piece explores movement, rhythm, and visual identity, brought together as a cohesive motion study.
